Denis Lefebvre has been working in productivity management for many years and is considered to be an expert in the field in Quebec.

In 2004, after several years of strategic thinking and consulting in Asia, Europe, the United States and Canada, Denis Lefebvre founded Proaction to put his expertise and innovative vision at the service of Canadian businesses. This vision underlies a unique methodology that distinguishes Proaction from its competition and explains the firm’s energy and remarkable growth.

Denis Lefebvre is a passionate businessman who unceasingly pursues his mission to ensure the profitability of Canadian companies and their competitiveness on world markets.

Team

Proaction is, first and foremost, a team... A team of 65 expert
consultants who master all aspects of productivity. Our consultants are selected through an extremely rigorous process of three interviews and four examinations, resulting in only 3.5% of the candidates being hired. This process enables us to mobilize the highest-performing resources.

Proaction is:
